Got to Go™ is deeply inspired by the life and love of Karen DeLoreto, whose courageous battle with terminal brain cancer ignited our mission. A dedicated nurse and adventurer at heart, Karen believed in showing up for others—with compassion, presence, and laughter.

Our program was born from both parts of her: the caregiver and the explorer. Got to Go™ is a continuation of the life she lived- one where love is shown through action, healing is found in connection, and journeys are made for fun and meaning.

Through her experience, we were reminded that time is not promised, but connection is always possible. Her story is woven into the fabric of every journey we offer. With every mile traveled and memory made, her spirit walks beside us.

Karen may not have had the chance to take the final trip she dreamed of, but her story now lives in every journey we make possible as a community.

Got to Go™  exist in part because of her – to ensure no one is ever told it is too late to go, to feel, and to remember.

We honor her by opening the world to those who may never have had the chance to explore it—and by celebrating life while it’s still lived.
